Paloma Avendano

I am a PhD student in Public Affairs at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota. Before starting my PhD, I worked as a pre-doctoral research assistant on development economics projects at the Global Poverty Research Lab at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. I hold a double major in Economics and Statistics from the University of Rochester, where I also worked as a research assistant at the Health and Environmental Economics Lab (HEEL).
