Taylor Bucy

I'm a PhD student in Health Services Research, Policy, & Administration in the School of Public Health. My doctoral area of emphasis is health policy, with special interest in long-term care policy. My primary research interest centers around the transition of older adults across the spectrum of long-term care settings and long-term services and supports as they age. I'm most interested in these transitions for older and aging adults with complex needs at the intersection of physical/medical health and social services. This includes older adults with serious mental illness and ADRD, and older adults who have frequent contact with acute care and post-acute care settings for management of medical, mental, and functional health needs.
